HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.39246 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to quash the proceedings against them in DVC No.75 of 2016 on the file of III Metropolitan Magistrate, Erramanzil, Hyderabad.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The proceedings in the above DVC are between the individual parties. In view of the same, this Court is of the view that the present writ petition is not maintainable. However, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the Court concerned.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
