HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11369 of 2017 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/A5 seeks to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.211 of 2015 of Central Crime Station, Hyderabad registered for the offences under Sections 419 and 420 IPC.

2) As can be seen, investigation is under way. Having regard to the gravity of the allegation that the petitioner has impersonated one Maliga Krishnakanth in TS EdCET-2015 held on 06.06.2015, the investigation shall go on to decide the complicity or innocence of the accused. 3) Therefore, this Criminal Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner/A5 to challenge the charge sheet if ultimately filed against him. The Investigating Officer shall complete the investigation expeditiously and file charge sheet.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
