THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.37001, 37005, 37027 AND 37032 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER:

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that after filing the writ petitions, the Government issued G.O.Ms.No.186, Finance Department, dated 27.11.2017, and in view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take appropriate legal proceedings in the light of the new G.O., issued.

Giving liberty to the petitioners to do so, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. The Registry is directed to return the original papers, if any, to the petitioners.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
