Heard the counsel for petitioner, and Sri M.
Dhananjay Reddy counsel for respondent nos.3 and 4. 2.
The petitioner herein is the sister of respondent nos.3 and 4.
3. She filed the Writ Petition challenging the action of 2nd respondent in permitting respondent nos.3 and 4 to make constructions in deviation of the building plan, sanctioned vide Permit Nos.407/2015 and 408/2015 dt.10.12.2015.
4. Under the said permits, the respondent nos.2 and 3 were permitted to build ground plus two upper floors. 5.
It is not in dispute that after filing of Writ Petition, the respondent nos.3 and 4 have again applied to 2nd respondent to modify the permission granted to them earlier and to restrict the construction to only ground plus one upper floor with resultant reduction in the setbacks. 6.
Sri M. Dhananjay Reddy, counsel appearing for
respondent nos.3 and 4, states that respondent nos.3 and 4 will make constructions in accordance with the revised permission granted on 06.05.2016 to respondent nos.3 and 4, and will ensure that constructions made by them is in strict conformity with the said revised permission.
7. The counsel for petitioner is also agreeable to this course of action.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent nos.3 and 4 to make construction in their respective plots in accordance with the revised permission granted to them on 06.05.2016 by the 2nd respondent, and the 2nd respondent shall ensure that the construction being made by respondent nos.3 and 4 would be strictly in accordance with such revised permission.
9. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
10. In view of the above orders, WVMP.Nos.622, 623 and 973 of 2016 are not necessary to decide, and they are accordingly rejected.
