This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 30.10.2015 passed in I.A.No.166 of 2013 in O.S.No.49 of 2009 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Nagari.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court disposed of the suit. 3.

As per the list furnished by the Registry, the suit was disposed of on 27.07.2018. In view of the disposal of the suit, the purpose of filing this revision has become infructuous. 4.

Hence, the C.R.P. is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
