THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.37405 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Sri B.S.N.Naidu for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Education for respondents 1 to 3. The petitioner prays for a direction to 2nd respondent to refer the case of petitioner to 5th respondent to assess the alleged hearing impairment disability, the petitioner is suffering and to issue Certificate acc ordingly.

Admittedly, a representation is made to 2nd respondent and the impairment disability has to be considered and decided by the 5th respondent.

In stead of keeping the writ petition pending, considering the limited prayer, the writ petition is disposed of by this order :- a) The petitioner is given liberty to re-submit representation to 2nd respondent by enclosing a copy of this order, within four weeks from today. b) The 2nd respondent considers the representation and passes orders, referring the case to 5th respondent, in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
