This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents 2 and 4 to issue appointment orders to the petitioners in respect of posts for which merit list was published on 21.02.2017. 2.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 to 4 produced before this Court the written communication issued to him stating that all the petitioners were appointed on 29.11.2017. 3.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
