Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a letter dated 28.07.2017 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh stating that he has been instructed by his clients to withdraw the Criminal Petition. This request is also reiterated in the Court. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
