Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"....to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the 4th respondent in taking steps to enter the name of the petitioner name in respect of the land in Sy.No.175/AA admeasuring Ac.0.34 Gts., situated at Meerudoddi village and Mandal, Medak District, in the revenue records by deleting the names of third parties, in spite of the written representation dt. 8-9-2016 followed by personal visits, as being illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the 4th respondent herein to enter the name of the petitioner herein in the revenue records in respect of the above said land, by verifying the documents appended to the representation dt. 8.9.2016."

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the representation dated 08.09.2016 made by the petitioner for correction of entries in revenue records in respect of the land mentioned above.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that he has no objection for the same provided the same is still pending consideration.

Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation dated 09.09.2016 made by the petitioner for correction of entries in revenue records in respect of the land in Sy.No.175/AA admeasuring Ac.0.34 Gts., situated at Meerudoddi village and Mandal, Medak District, in accordance with law, as early as possible preferably within a period of eight (08) to twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner and the aggrieved persons, if any.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTI CE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR Date:08.12.2016 INL
