This revision case is filed by the petitioner under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure challenging the order dated 30.06.2015 made in Crl.MP.No.477 of 2014 in Crime No.3/ACB/CR.I/2014 on the file of the Principal Judge for SPE and ACB Cases-cum-IV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision case with liberty to avail the remedies available to the petitioner under law. 3.

The Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal revision case, shall stand closed.
