HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.40908 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by petitioners 1 to 10 stating that the 2nd respondent is not considering their applications for issuance of pattadar passbooks in their favour in respect of different extent of land purchased by them under different registered sale deeds. But no common cause of action is stated by them in the writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that since the land is situated in one survey number, common writ petition is filed.

In view of the same, this Court is of the opinion that there is no common cause of action for filing common writ petition, as the petitioners filed separate applications for grant of pattadar passbooks. As such, this writ petition is only confined to the 1st petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the application of the 1st petitioner and take action within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order. Insofar as petitioners 2 to 10 are concerned, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to file fresh writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs.
