HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 16940 of 2016 ORDER:

The main grievance of the petitioner is against the second respondent in furnishing information to him as to who obtained permission letter from it to raise compound on three sides of his land in an extent of Ac.0.58 cents situated in Survey No.437/6 of Tiruchanuru Village, Tirupati Rural Mandal, Chittoor District. The learned Standing Counsel for the second respondentGrampanchayat submits that after verification of the record, the second respondent would furnish necessary information to the petitioner. In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, and considering the fact that the petitioner made representation to the second respondent on 26.05.2016, the second respondent is directed to furnish the information sought for by the petitioner within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stand closed.
