HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 0 8 0 5 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Visakhapatnam I(T), Visakhapatnam City, dated 16.11.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "It is submitted that the petitioner contended that at the instigation of the 3rd respondent Nagala Sathish Kumar, the respondent No.2 Station House Officer, Visakhapatnam I-Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam City, harassed and interfered with the petitioner's property and activities by calling him to the Police Station and threatened to vacate the property is incorrect and baseless. It is submitted that the 2nd respondent did not harass, summon or threatened the petitioner to vacate the alleged property at any point of time.

It is submitted that it is incorrect to say that the petitioner approached and submitted documents to the 2nd respondent Police Station as alleged by him, hence denied. It is submitted that 2nd respondent did not summon nor the petitioner approached the Police Station.

It is submitted that as per the writ averments, there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent in respect of some property, for which the 2nd respondent has nothing to do. The petitioner unnecessary involving the police into civil litigation." Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of

Police, Visakhapatnam I(T) Police Station, Visakhapatnam City, dated 16.11.2018, with a further direction to the respondent/ police authorities not to interfere with the civil matters unless the same is permissible in accordance with law.
