THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.AMARNATH GOUD CONTEMPT CASE NO.2 9 6 2 OF 2 0 1 8 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed complaining non-compliance of order, dated.19-10-2018 passed by this Court in I.A.No. 1 of 2018 in W.P.No.38033 of 2018 When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the Learned counsel for the respondents that the orders of this court have been complied with and in proof thereof he placed a letter bearing RC.No.A1/ 977/ GMH/ TPT/ 2018, dated 15-11-2018 addressed by the Superintendent, Government Maternity Hospital, Tirupati.

In the circumstances, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents that the order has already been complied with and there being no denial of the same, there is no necessity to continue the Contempt Case any further. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
