HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.36174 OF 2017 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of the property admeasuring 104.88 Sq.Yards bearing Door Nos.7/38, 7/38(1) and 7/38(3) in Survey No.146/1, 7th ward and 7th block of Kuppam Town and Village, Chittoor District, and the petitioner rented out the said property to different persons on different occasions. The respondents without following due process of law have already made markings for demolition of the subject property. Aggrieved by the same present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition and Learned Assistant Government pleader for Roads and Buildings.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land or demolish the subject property without following due process of law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
