HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.40916 of 2018 ORDER:

The only grievance of the petitioner is that he filed applications dated 25-09-2018 through mee-seva for conducting survey of land in sy.No.317 B2 an extent of Ac.2-40 cents and sy.No.317 C1 an extent of Ac.0-20 cents situated at Thangaradona Village, Aspari Mandal, Kurnool District. As the same are not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the same, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the competent authority to consider the applications of the petitioner and take action accordingly within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
