This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR/Crime No.23/2016 on the file of Kalloor Police Station, Khammam District, registered against the petitioners / accused 1 to 5, for the offence punishable under Sections 294-B, 323, 341, 448, 506 read with 34 IPC.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the police have investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet. No representation for the petitioners.
