Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that in pursuance to the application made by the petitioner for grant of pattadar passbooks and title deeds, the respondents issued proceedings dated 16.05.2016.

In view of the same, the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the proceedings dated 16.05.2016.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as sought for. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
