HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.9020 of 2016 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: "....to issue an appropriate Writ or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus, declaring that the action of respondents in not changing the electric meter with Service No.S01006446 it was issued from the office of the respondent No.2 on 20-08-2000, resume on his original placed and consider all the representations which was made by the petitioner before the respondents on various dates i.e. 25-06-2014, 21-04-2015, 13-11-2015 and on 30-12-2015 issued a legal notice but they all detained to take any action on the said representations and the action on the part of the respondents is violated of the fundamental rights guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India and pass such other or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

On 21-03-2016, when the matter was taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent-Authorities have agreed to act on the representations of the petitioner.

Today, when the matter is taken up, Smt.Jayasree, learned counsel appearing for Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, submits that meter has been fixed to the workshop of the petitioner and the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
