HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 0 8 9 1 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Jangareddygudem Police Station, West Godavari District, dated 16.11.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "It is submitted that the petitioners herein submitted representation on 16.08.2018 to the 3rd respondent-Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Jangareddygudem Sub-Division, West Godavari District, stating that the respondent No.5 and others trespassed into their lands and crops, hence the petitioner requested to provide Police protection to their lands and crops. In turn, the same was entrusted to the 4th respondent Station House Officer, Jangareddygudem Police Station, West Godavari District vide C.No.224/ SDPO-J/ Pet/ 2018 for enquiry and necessary action.

It is submitted that pursuant to the said endorsement, the 4th respondent registered a case in Cr.No.387/ 2018, dated 15.11.2018, for the offences under Sections 447 and 506 r/ w 34 I.P.C., against one Chandrarao Nainarapu and 17 others on the file of Jangareddygudem Police Station and investigation has been taken up. The Investigating Officer made requisitions to the Tahsildar, Jangareddygudem and the Assistant Engineer, Karatam Krishna Murthy Yerrakaluva Project, Jangareddygudem on 15.11.2018, requesting to furnish the particulars of the above said land for the purpose of investigation and the reports are awaited. The copy of FIR is

enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble High Court. After completion of investigation, appropriate action will be taken according to the process of law."

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Jangareddygudem Police Station, West Godavari District, dated 16.11.2018.
