Today, when the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Transport that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.28795 of 2017 by order dated 28.8.2017.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application before the 2nd respondent for release of the vehicle bearing No.AR01H-8565 and on such application being made, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Office to enclose a copy of the order dated 28.8.2017 in W.P.No.28795 of 2017 while dispatching this order.
