Smt.K.Lalitha, Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondents states that proceedings dated 06.07.2016 were issued granting patta to the 3rd respondent in respect of the subject land.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the said proceedings dated 06.07.2016. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the proceedings dated 06.07.2016. Interim Order, if any, granted earlier by this Court stands vacated. No order as to costs.
