Petitioner's grievance is that his vehicle bearing No.TS 08 UA 2999 has been seized under Vehicle Check Report dt.30.09.2017 by the 3rd respondent and that in spite of application dt.13.10.2017 being made by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent, his vehicle has not been released. 2.

The Government Pleader for Transport appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider the petitioner's application dt.13.10.2017 within a period of three

(03) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's application dt.13.10.2017 within a period of three (03) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
