The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition giving liberty to the petitioner to question the enhancement of the property tax for Cold Storage located in Ward Nos.45 and 46.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to question the enhancement of the property tax for Cold Storage located in Ward No.s45 and 46. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.Ps if any pending shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
