This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction, especially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in continuing seizer of petitioner bus bearing No.ARO2A 3366 seized under Vehicle Check Report No. 1676927 dt.20-09-2017 inspite of made application and order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.NO. 34223 of 2017 Dt.1210-2017 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to release petitioner bus bearing No.ARO2A 3366 seized under Vehicle Check Report No.1676927 dt.20-9-2017 forthwith and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

I have heard the submissions of Sri Phani Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and of the learned Government Pleader for Transport appearing for respondents 1 to 3. I have perused the material record.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner filed an application, dated 31.10.2017, for release of the vehicle and that the Deputy Transport Commissioner and Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Ananthapuramu District, having considered the facts and circumstances and the submissions in the representation, rejected the same. He placed on record a copy of the said order, dated 02.11.2017, in R.No.5081/A2/2017.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents may be directed to communicate the

MSRM, J W.P.No.39065 of 2017 afore-stated order to the petitioner to enable the petitioner to assail the said order, if necessary, in accordance with procedure established by law.

Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to communicate a copy of the afore-stated order to the petitioner within a week from today. There shall be no order as to costs.
