Heard. Office Objection is over-ruled.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner, who was convicted in Calendar Case No.49 of 2016 by the II Special Magistrate Kukatpally at Miyapur, Ranga Reddy District vide Order dated 03.11.2015, preferred an appeal vide Crl.A.(SR) No.8296 of 2016 before the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, Cyberabad with an application vide Crl.M.P.No.601 of 2015 seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal and he also filed an application seeking release of the accused on bail as he is in jail. The appellate Court in spite of passing orders on the bail application, simply ordered notice on the delay petition.

3. Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the fact that the petitioner is in jail, learned Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, Cyberabad, shall pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, on the bail application, which is pending before him.
