HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.40981 of 2018 ORDER :

When the matter is called, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner so also learned Government Pleader that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 27.11.2015, in W.P.No.38405 of 2015 of this Court. A copy of the same is filed along with writ material papers.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is allowed, in terms thereof, by setting aside the notice No.C/2191/2018, dated Nil, issued by the 4th respondent.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 27.11.2015, in W.P.No.38405 of 2015 to this order.
