Both the defacto-complainant and the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 in C.C.No.400 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Avanigadda, for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 506 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, along with their counsel are present.

Both the parties stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and entered into Memorandum of Understanding and sought permission vide I.A.No.1 of 2018 to compromise the matter. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences.

In the result, the I.A.No.1 of 2018 is allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.400 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Avanigadda, against the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 and they are acquitted.
