THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1939 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 22.02.2016 in Proceedings No.L/1903/2015 on the file of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate/Special Grade Deputy Collector and Revenue Divisional Officer, Malkajgiri Division, Ranga Reddy District. 2.

The only grievance of the petitioners is that the impugned order is passed without notice to them. The dispute pertains to an extent of Ac.61.24 guntas of land in Survey Nos.214, 216, 217 and 218 of Girmapur Village, Medchal Mandal.

The petitioners are not parties to the above said proceedings and 'A' and 'B' parties therein are claiming the property in dispute. The matter is pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Malkajgiri. If this Court expresses any opinion, the same may cause prejudice to one of the parties to the proceedings. 4.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Malkajgiri is hereby directed to dispose of the Proceedings No.L/1903/2015 within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a reasonable opportunity to the petitioners herein as well as 'A' and 'B' parties therein, in accordance with law. 5.

With the above direction, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
