HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.4356 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioner - Respondent No.3 approaches this Court with a prayer to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.7 of 2016 on the file of the II Additional Judicial I Class Magistrate, Bhimavaram, West Godavari District. Heard the arguments and perused the material available on record.

First respondent herein filed the present complaint against the petitioner herein and others seeking certain reliefs under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. Hence, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the further proceedings against the petitioner.

In any event considering the nature of allegations wherein the question of identity of the petitioner - Respondent No.3 does not arise, her presence before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates the learned trial Judge insists for the same and the petitioner shall be properly represented by her counsel before the trial Court.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions filed in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
