Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

2. The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that petitioner had made an application on 18-01-2016 to the 4th respondent to show his name in the uploaded Form1B, Adangals, e-pass book etc. in the 1st respondent Official website in respect of the subject land. 3.

The petitioner's complaint is that is not being considered by the 4th respondent. the said application 4.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will consider petitioner's application dt.18-01-2016 within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is

disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider petitioner's application dt.18-01-2016 within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.

7. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
