Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing counsel for 4th respondent.

With the consent of the counsel appearing on both sides, this Writ Petition is being disposed of, at the stage of admission. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.25088 of 2018 dated 20.07.

2018 and contends that similar order be passed in the present Writ Petition also directing the respondents to release the power supply to the premises of the petitioners subject to the compliance of the terms and conditions of supply and on furnishing an undertaking to produce the occupancy certificate from the concerned Municipality/Municipal Corporation within a period of three months, and if no such occupancy certificate is produced within such period, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has not disputed the submission made by the counsel for petitioners and contends that this Writ Petition can also be disposed of in terms of the order in W.P.No.25088 of 2018 dated 20.07.2018.

This Court, having considered the submissions made by both the parties, is of the considered view that this Writ Petition can also be disposed of in terms of the order in W.P.No.25088 of 2018 dated 20.07.2018.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Office is directed to enclose a copy of the order in W.P.No.25088 of 2018 dated 20.07.2018 to this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
