The petitioner is an Association of traders, who carry on their business activities in General Bazar, Secunderabad. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the authorities concerned to consider the petitioner's representations aforestated in accordance with law giving due opportunity of hearing to all who may be affected and take appropriate lawful action in the matter. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
