HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.41014 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in demolishing the thatched house and cattle shed of the petitioner existing in H.No.2-41/1, to an extent of Ac.0.05 cents of land situated at Katheru, Rajamahendravaram (Rural), East Godavari District, on 10.11.2018, without any notice to the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the respondents will follow due process of law before taking any action against the petitioner.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land without following due process of law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
