The case of the petitioners is that petitioner No.1 is the owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.2-39 cents situated in sy.No.1775-2A and inherited Ac.2-47 cents in sy.No.1775-1B from his father. Petitioner No.2 is having land to an extent of Ac.2-47 cents in sy.No.1775-1A, petitioner No.3 is having land to an extent of Ac.2-39 cents in sy.No.1775-2B, petitioner No.4 is having land to an extent of Ac.2-38 cents in sy.No.1774-1 and petitioner No.5 is having land to an extent of Ac.2-39 cents in sy.No.1774-1 of Chennampally Village, Badwel Mandal, Kadapa District and they were issued DKT pattas for the said lands. That the petitioners were also issued pattadar passbooks and title deeds and their names are shown in 1-B Register, Adangals/pahanies in respect of subject lands. On 04-04-2018, the petitioners approached respondent No.
3 and made an application to mutate their names in respect of their lands in online revenue records. Again the petitioners made applications dated 02-04-2018 to respondent No.3. As no action has been taken, aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, respondent No.3 is directed to consider the applications of the petitioners dated 02-04-2018 and take action accordingly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
