This civil revision petition is filed under Section 115 of CPC, assailing the order dated 23.10.2018 passed in E.P. No.43 of 2014 in O.S.No.237 of 2013 on the file of Court of Senior Civil Judge, Nalgonda.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted. 3.
