This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking verbatim the following relief: " ...to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the 4th respondent in issuing the proceedings in Rc.No.172/2017/A1 dated 10.11.2017 as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and pass such other or further orders as the Hon'ble Court feels deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

I have heard the submissions of Sri G.Srinivasulu Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Excise appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. I have perused the material record. 3.
At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the orders, dated 06.11.2017, of this Court passed in W.P.no.36491 of 2017. 4.
Having regard to the facts & submissions and for the reasons alike as were mentioned in the order, dated 06.11.2017, of this Court in W.P.no.36491 of 2017, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. Office is directed to annexe to this order, a copy of the order, dated 06.11.2017 passed in W.P.no.36491 of 2017.
There shall be no order as to costs.
