HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 22033 of 2016 ORDER:

Challenging the action of first respondent-University in not processing and granting affiliation to the second petitionerInstitution for the academic year 2016-2017, the present Writ Petition is filed.

It is submitted by learned Counsel for the petitioners that the deficiencies as pointed by the Fact Finding Committee for Affiliation (FFCA) have been complied with and the same has

been intimated to the first respondent-University, however, no orders granting affiliation have been passed by the first respondent-University as of today.

However, learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent-University submits that necessary orders would be passed and communicated to the petitioner within three days. Recording the said submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent-University, the Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
