Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, after filing the Writ Petition, the respondent served a copy of the suspension order. He, therefore, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to question the same. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
