O R D E R

Vide the present petition, the petitoner/ A-4 seeks to enlarge him on bail in connection with Crime No.123 of 2016 on the file of Vikarabad Railway Police Station, Rangareddy District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 20(B) of NDPS Act.

It is an admitted fact that the petitioner in addition to the present crime, is facing trial in three other cases of similar nature in Cr.No.125/ 2014, 105 and 188 of 2015 on the file of very same police station. Thus he is a habitual offender. Though in the present case, the recovery of contraband is only 18 Kgs of ganja, which is less than the commercial quantity, keeping in view that he is a habitual offender, I am not inclined to grant bail. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
