Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise (A.P) for respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P) for respondent No.2.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is alleged inaction on the part of the Superintendent, Prohibition and Excise Department, Narasaraopet, Guntur District-third respondent herein, in considering the application of the petitioner, dated 09.05.2016, wherein he requested the third respondent to recognise him as a TFT member.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the application of the petitioner will be verified and appropriate action in accordance with law will be taken thereon by the third respondent.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits, directing the third respondent to verify the application, dated 09.05.2016, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a

copy of this order. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
