THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.36246 of 2017 ORDER:

In this writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the only grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner along with the villagers submitted representations on 25.09.2017, 17.10.2017 and 23.10.2017 against the proposal for establishment of another wine shop in the same locality of the petitioner and that the same are not being considered and disposed of by the 3rd respondent.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if a direction is given to the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the representations, the grievance of the petitioner would be redressed. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 3 and 4 endorses the said submission.

Having regard to the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the representations dated 25.09.2017, 17.10.2017 and 23.10.2017, submitted by the petitioner along with the villagers in strict accordance with the procedure established by law within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; and communicate the order passed to the petitioner within one week thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. __________________ M.Seetharama Murti, J 02.11.2017 RAR
