Vide the present criminal petition, petitioners seek a direction to enlarge them on bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.61 of 2016 of Alluru Police Station, Nellore District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 507 IPC read with Section 34 IPC.

When the injured was taken to the Government Hospital, Alluru, the said hospital authorities suggested that due to heavy bleeding injuries, the injured has to go to another hospital, so that he can get better treatment. Hence, the injured was shifted to Simhapuri Hospital at Nellore.

Keeping in view the facts recorded above, I find no grounds to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, as the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is very much required. This criminal petition is accordingly dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
