HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.40882 of 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed stating that the petitioners were granted house site pattas bearing plot Nos 99, 150, 193, 107, 34, 101, 153, 204, 96 and 45 respectively in sy.Nos 117-P, 118 and 140-3 of Raptadu Village and Mandal, Anantapuramu District and when they are making constructions, the officials of respondents 3 and 4 are trying to interfere with their construction activity.

Sri G.Seshadri, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the 4th respondent on instructions submits that 4th respondent is not interfering with possession of petitioners property. As per their pattas, when the petitioners are trying to encroach the public road, the 4th respondent objected to the same. In view of the same, there shall be direction to respondents 3 and 4 not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners over the subject plots as per house site pattas granted to them. However, this order will not preclude respondents 3 and 4 from taking steps for prevention of encroachment on the roads. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ___________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 14-11-2018 Nvl
