HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.40914 of 2018 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he made an application for grant of pattadar passbook and cheque under rythu bandhu scheme. In pursuance to the same, the 3rd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer has addressed a letter on 22-10-2018 to the 4th respondent-Tahsidlar to take appropriate action on the application of the petitioner. But as on today, no action has been taken. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to take appropriate action in pursuance to the letter dated 22-10-2018 issued by the 3rd respondent within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
