THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.A.No.1727 of 2017 and W.P.No.35269 of 2017 COMMON ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide the present appeal, the appellant has challenged the order dated 25.10.2017 passed in W.P.M.P.No.43805 of 2017 in W.P.No.35269 of 2017 by the learned Single Judge of this Court. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for respondents has produced before this Court the proceedings dated 11.01.2018, whereby the respondents, in exercise of powers conferred under Clause (c) of sub-rule (5) of Rule 8 of APCS (CC & A) Rules, 1991 read with APSHCL, CCA Rules, 1997, revoked the order of suspension, reinstated the first respondent into service and posted him as Executive Engineer, APSHCL, Adoni Division of Kurnool District, with immediate effect, without prejudice to the disciplinary/criminal proceedings pending against him. 3.

In view of the above, nothing remains for adjudication in the present appeal and the Writ Appeal as well as Writ Petition are hereby closed. However, if the first respondent is aggrieved by the aforesaid proceedings, he is at liberty to challenge the same before appropriate forum. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ appeal and the writ petition shall stand closed.
