THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.12121 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioner is the appellant/ accused in Crl.A.No.199 of 2018 on the file of the IV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy district at L.B.Nagar, filed against conviction and sentence passed by the XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad in C.C.No.1579 of 2016 by judgment dated 07.02.2018 outcome of Cr.No.682 of 2016 of Chaitanyapuri police station registered for the offences punishable u/ sec.354,323 and 506 IPC on the report of the 2nd respondent/ defacto-complainant. The petitioner and the defacto-complainant along with their counsel present before thee Court and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offence.

In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences. In the result, the I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2018 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioner/ appellant/ accused in Crl.A.No.199 of 2018 on the file of the IV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy district at L.B.Nagar, filed against conviction and sentence passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad in C.C.No.1579 of 2016 by judgment dated 07.02.2018 outcome of Cr.No.682 of 2016 of Chaitanyapuri police station. The petitioner/ accused is acquitted and his bail bonds shall stand cancelled.
