HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.19446 AND 19447 of 2016 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.17326 of 2016 COMMON ORDER :

The de facto complainant/2nd respondent and the petitioner/accused are present and they filed Crl.P.M.P.Nos.19446 and 19447 of 2016 seeking to accord permission and to compound the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 324 IPC. 2.

It is the submission of both parties that, they are living together for the past six months amicably by sorting out the problems by drowning their differences.

Having regard to the amicable marital life, the Court proceedings will not come in the way. Hence, the Crl.P.M.P.Nos.19446 and 19447 of 2016 are allowed. 4.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is allowed and all the proceedings in C.C.No.302 of 2016 on the file of the III Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, are quashed. 5.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the criminal petition shall stand closed.
