HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 0 8 9 5 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Pattabhipuram Police Station, Guntur Urban District, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "It is submitted that no complaint was received by the respondent Nos.2 and 3 against the writ petitioner. The Station House Officer verified the records of the Police Station and no case is filed against the writ petitioner and there is no occasion to call by the respondents No.2 and 3. The respondent No.3 never summoned or never called the writ petitioner to the Police Station. The respondent No.3 is not known the writ petitioner.
It is submitted that the writ petitioner might have some disputes with the political leaders and apprehending that criminal case will arose in near future, thus thereby the writ petitioner filed the Writ Petition anticipating dangers in the hands of unknown persons, blaming the police and filing the false and frivolous Writ Petitions with no cause of action."
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Pattabhipuram Police Station, Guntur Urban District, with a further direction to the respondents to act strictly in accordance with law.
