This second appeal arises out of judgment and decree dt.5.2.2016 in A.S. No.127 of 2015, on the file of the VII Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court) , Visakhapatnam, whereby she has confirmed the judgment and decree dt.8.7.2015 in O.S. No.995 of 2012 on the file of the VI Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam. At the hearing, Mr. G. Nagesh, learned counsel for the appellant, submitted that in view of the subsequent events taken place after filing of the second appeal, his client does not intend to pursue the second appeal.
